Project Aim

We are currently working on a Government funded project which compliments the existing awareness raising work that we do in schools and with community groups, this time bringing an anti-sectarian model into the working environment for the first time. Our ultimate aim is that employers in Scotland will adopt this model policy and procedure and that we will work with them to tailor this model to fit with their organisational culture and sit with their existing HR policies and procedures.

We welcome support from organisations and employers in Scotland who are interested in this aim and feel that they can offer their knowledge, expertise or support in any way.
